Grievance Redressal
Last updated: 25 July 2026 · Applies to Xeta, Kevo and Vibzy
If something has gone wrong and the usual support route hasn't fixed it, this is how to escalate — and what we commit to in return. Applies to Xeta Store, Kevo and Vibzy.
1. Try support first
Most things are settled faster in the ordinary way — WhatsApp +91 120 426 3622 or email support@xeta.in. Please give that a try before escalating; it usually means an answer the same day.
2. Grievance Officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
- Name: Pushpa Chaturvedi
- Designation: Proprietor, Xeta
- Email: support@xeta.in
- WhatsApp: +91 120 426 3622
- Address: Xeta, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Write with “Grievance”in the subject so it isn't handled as an ordinary support message.
3. What to include
- Your name and the email or phone on the account.
- The order number (XETA-XXXXXX-XXXX) or the product involved.
- What happened, and what you'd like done about it.
- Anything supporting it — a photo, a screenshot, a payment reference.
4. What we commit to
- Acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
- Resolved within one month of receipt.
- If it needs longer, we'll tell you why and when to expect an answer, rather than going quiet.
5. What this covers — and what it doesn't
It covers orders, payments, refunds, delivery, accounts and data across Xeta Store, Kevo and Vibzy.
It does notcover purchases made on a merchant's own Kevo store. Those payments go straight to that merchant by UPI and Xeta is not a party to the sale — take it up with the seller. If you believe a Kevo-hosted store is fraudulent, report it here and we'll investigate the site itself.
6. If we still haven't resolved it
You can approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer forum with jurisdiction over your area. We'd much rather settle it directly first, and we'll say so plainly if we think we're in the wrong.
